Step 1 is applied for the first 5 to 45 minutes of sun exposure, then step 2 is applied to maximize the tan and protect your skin from burning. Step 3 is then applied daily afterwards extend and prolong your tan. The product line for the step 1 base tan builders includes: Cypher, CT Seven, Oasis, ProtenC, X Speed, Ionyx, Polaris P3 Bronzer, Climax, Bronze Bling, Ambrosia 360, Metro 365, Fatal Tease, Dirty Secret, Beach Bum Rum, Whipped Butter, Sweet Sutra, Pure Karma, Maxlotion, Get Bronze, Get Dark, CT Seven Face, and Facial Attraction. Step 2’s line consists of SPF 2,4, and 6 in a spray, and SPF 8,15,20,30,45. They also have a face lotion with SFP 15 and lip balm with SPF 30. Step 3’s line includes Daily ResCu extender and body wash, Total immersion Total Submersion and Total Insurance.
For indoor tanning the three steps are: Step 1) Base tan Builders, Step 2) Dark Tan Boosters, Step 3) Dark Tan Extenders. The first step consists of the same line at step 1 for outdoor tanning. Step 1 should be used in the indoor tanning bed until you have developed your base tan and are no longer getting any darker. Step 2 should help boost your tan to the next level by developing a deeper darker skin color. Step 2 consists of some of the same names of products as in step 1 but have the name prefix step 2. Some additional products for step 2 are: X force, X power, Helix, Shiver, Hysteria, Minx, Hot Scandal, Dark Thrill, Guilty Pleasure, Toffee Butter, Dark Butter, Rage Lotion. The same step 3 products as outdoor tanning can be used for indoor tanning and should be applied daily afterwards to extend and prolong your tan.
The three steps to the sunless tanning lotion are: Step 1) Prepare – used to exfoliate the skin to create a smooth surface for the next step, Step 2) Develop – creates the natural looking tan, Step 3) Extend & Enhance – moisturizes the skin to extend and prolong your tan. Step 1 products are exfoliator and maximize. Step 2 products are Self Tanner lotion, spray, foam, airbrush spray, and SPF 15 lotion. Some of the step 3 products are: Moisture Wash, Extender, Leg Perfector, Face Perfector , Neutralizer, Corrector, and After Glow.
